Shipping & Handling

Shipping:

Shipping Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours. Please note that personalized items and Made to Order items will take longer to process. If your order includes both personalized or/and Made to Order and non-personalized items, the order will be split, and the non-personalized items will be delivered first.

Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all orders over INR 449. Please note that we do not offer free shipping on international orders and returns.

Tracking: You will receive tracking details via WhatsApp, email, and SMS once the order is shipped. If you're ordering other items along with personalized or gold jewelry, your order might arrive in parts.

Returns:

Return Policy: We offer a 15-day return policy for all unused and unworn items, with subsequent questions asked for our records. Note that the 15-day return does not apply to personalized jewelry, coins, God idols, except in cases of defective/spurious products. Amodha reserves the right to process refunds after checking the returned items.

In case of missing items in return orders, where the customer claims to have returned multiple products but the actual pickup doesn't include all said items, the company has the right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount. This extends to promotional products, including but not limited to free gifts and silver coins.

Refund Policy:

In case you have requested the return of any of your products, the refund will be initiated once we receive the product back in our warehouse. The product will be inspected, as all the product shall be returned will all the original submissions, such as Authenticity Card, Invoice, IGI/GIA Certifications (if given at order fulfillment), Hallmarking. Amodha Jewels will accept returns/exchanges of only its hallmarked jewelry, and not any other third-party jewelry. The inspection process will take a minimum of 7 working days, upon the receipt of the jewelry.

Replacement & Exchange:

You can also avail replacement or exchange of your order as per your requirements. The conditions remain the same as those applicable to returns. The replacement will only be shipped after the initial return has been picked up or delivered; and excluding personalized jewelry items under this policy.

Return Process:

You can initiate a return request from our website. Alternatively, you can reach out to our Customer Support team, and they'll guide you through the process. Once you have booked the return request, we request you to ship the return requested products at your known best shipping and logistics company, such as India Post. The customer should provide the shipping invoice, tracking number, package weight and following details to our e-mail or contact number. In case of unavailability or inability to ship the products within 15 days, the product can no more be returned, exchanged or replaced.

In the unlikely event of receiving an empty parcel or a missing product, reach out to our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. A 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel with the original seal will be required for further processing. Note that insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering may result in your claim not being honored. The brand reserves the right to take the final decision.
